Hope Is Not A Strategy.

Every parent of a special needs child carries one question they don't say out loud — who will take care of my child when I am gone?

I'm Danielle — a mother of a special needs adult, and an Associate Estate Planning Practitioner (AEPP®). This is where we start answering it. Together.

Our children need a plan. Not a perfect onejust one that exists.

IF YOU'RE READING THIS

You've probably thought about this question more times than you can count —and put off doing anything about it just as many times.

That's not failure. That's love, doing its best to avoid an unbearable thought.

Who This Is For

You don't have to be in crisis to start.

MettaLuma is for anyone who wants to put a plan in place — before they have to.

Parents of special needs adults

If you have a child with a disability — physical, intellectual, or developmental — who will need support beyond your lifetime, this is where we start. We cover the full Singapore picture: Guardian, LPA, Will, SNTC, CPF nominations, and more.

Individuals with complex estates

If you have accumulated wealth — property, investments, or business interests locally or across borders — a Will alone is rarely enough. Private family trusts, business succession, and cross-border estate planning require structure that protects what you have built.

Anyone without a plan yet

No Will. No LPA. No idea where to start. You are not behind — you are exactly where most people are. The only thing that matters now is taking the first step, and we make that as straightforward as possible.

The Journey

Four Movements, Twelve Articles

A path from fear to clarity to action to peace — written by a mother, for mothers who haven't started yet.

Fear

Where it starts. Naming the question you've been avoiding. Finding out you're not alone in it.

Awakening

What happens when hope runs out and planning begins. The turning point from fear to agency.

Structure

The tools, the people, the frameworks — explained plainly, without the jargon.

Peace

What life feels like on the other side of the plan. Not perfect — but lighter.

Estate Planning Workshop for Special Needs Parents

A practical, judgment-free session for parents who want to take the first step. No legal jargon. Just clarity, and a place to begin.

About Me

I’m a mother of a special needs adult, and an AEPP® (Associate Estate Planning Practitioner) based in Singapore.

I didn't pursue this designation to add letters after my name — I pursued it so I could sit beside other parents like me, and walk them through a process that's overwhelming enough to make anyone delay.

Our children need a plan. Not a perfect one — just one that exists.
