If you have a child with a disability — physical, intellectual, or developmental — who will need support beyond your lifetime, this is where we start. We cover the full Singapore picture: Guardian, LPA, Will, SNTC, CPF nominations, and more.

Individuals with complex estates

If you have accumulated wealth — property, investments, or business interests locally or across borders — a Will alone is rarely enough. Private family trusts, business succession, and cross-border estate planning require structure that protects what you have built.

Anyone without a plan yet

I’m a mother of a special needs adult, and an AEPP® (Associate Estate Planning Practitioner) based in Singapore.

I didn't pursue this designation to add letters after my name — I pursued it so I could sit beside other parents like me, and walk them through a process that's overwhelming enough to make anyone delay.
